Fenland at Nowell Creek Village

Our highest-profile multi-family lighting project to date: 50 luxury, marsh-front townhomes within the 37-acre Nowell Creek Village on Daniel Island. Coastal Lighting Studio delivered the full interior and exterior lighting design and fixture package for this three-story, garage-equipped community, built to a luxury rental standard for Holder Property Group.
