Illuminating Beyond the Lowcountry

2018

Single Family Residential

Every great story begins with a problem that needs solving. In 2018, the South Carolina Lowcountry was experiencing an unprecedented boom in luxury architectural design. From the historic, gas-lit streets of downtown Charleston to the sprawling, moss-draped estates of Bluffton, homes were being built and restored at a breathtaking pace.

2021

Bridging Design, Tech, and Power

As our reputation for meticulous project management and logistical precision grew, we realized that modern luxury lighting had shifted. It was no longer just about hanging a beautiful chandelier; it was about the complex intersection of aesthetics, digital control infrastructure, and electrical engineering.

At Coastal Lighting Studio, we’re all about accent lighting.
