About This Project

Oak Lake is a 220-unit build-to-rent townhome community near Mountain Island Lake in Charlotte, featuring a fully amenitized clubhouse, fenced yards, and attached garages. Coastal Lighting Studio is providing lighting design and fixture selection across the homes and community amenity space.
